section 1202.4, violated his rights to due process and equal protection. He relies primarily on People v. Dueas (2019) 30 Cal.App.5th 1157, 1164 (Dueas). We find appellant's reliance on Dueas unavailing. It is distinguishable from the present matter. In any event, even if Dueas applies, appellant's constitutional rights were not violated and any presumed error was harmless.
