My review of the totality of facts convinces me that removal of the materiality requirement from the jury's determination in this case was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt. (Chapman v. California, supra, 386 U.S. at p. 21, 87 S.Ct. at p. 826.) Whatever refined definition of "materiality" we apply here, under these facts, my conclusion would remain the same.
