5. For purposes of whether a conviction constitutes a serious felony under section 1192.7, subdivision (c)(8), courts have held no distinction exists between "serious bodily injury" and "great bodily injury." (See, e.g., People v. Johnson (2016) 244 Cal.App.4th 384, 396.)
