Concerning speedy trial issues, we review the district court's factual findings for clear error and its legal conclusions de novo. United States v. Nash, 946 F.2d 679, 680 (9th Cir.1991).
Evidence is sufficient to support a conviction if, "reviewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the prosecution, any rational trier of fact could have found the essential elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt."
