Section 1958 prohibits, in relevant part, "travel[ing] in or caus[ing] another . . . to travel in interstate or foreign commerce . . . with intent that a murder be committed" for hire. 18 U.S.C. 1958 (emphasis added). Accordingly, we've described the elements of a section 1958 violation as "1) to . . . cause another to travel in interstate commerce, 2) with the intent that a murder be committed" for hire.
