After the jury convicted defendant of first degree burglary and receiving stolen property, he waived his right to a jury trial on the alleged prior convictions. He admitted two prior strike convictionsa first degree burglary conviction from 1995 and a criminal threats conviction from 2012. He also admitted four prior prison term allegations. Before sentencing, defendant moved the court to strike one or more of his prior strike convictions under section 1385, pursuant to People v. Superior Court (Romero) (1996) 13 Cal.4th 497.
