Prince Edward Island, Canada

The following excerpt is from Goodwin v. Benefit Plan Admin. & Ors., 2000 PESCTD 78 (CanLII):

The leading case on unjust enrichment in Canada is Pettkus v. Becker, 1980 CanLII 22 (SCC), [1980] 2 S.C.R. 834 in which Dickson J. (as he then was) suggested at p. 848 that there are three requirements to be satisfied before an unjust enrichment can be said to exist: an enrichment, a corresponding deprivation and absence of any juristic reason for the enrichment.
