There are distinguishing facts in Thomas v. Fenton,[4] but the legal principles stated there are applicable. As it was there, it is manifestly clear in this case that this defendant has bestowed far more on this plaintiff than this plaintiff has bestowed on this defendant. Accordingly, there is nothing unfair or unjust in denying the plaintiff the beneficial interest in the defendant's properties.
