British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from France v. British Columbia (Superintendent of Motor Vehicles), 2007 BCSC 1119 (CanLII):

The test to be applied on judicial review of an Adjudicator’s decision is the “patently unreasonable” test. [Gordon v. British Columbia (2002), 100 B.C.L.R. (3d) 35, 2002 BCCA 224 at ¶28] The test accords to the decision of the tribunal the highest degree of deference.
