The second alleged error is that the trial judge fell into the error identified by this court in Kaur v. Ram (2006), 34 R.F.L. (6th) 59, 2006 BCCA 527. In that case, the trial judge had erred in taking into account the parties’ relative contributions to household expenses on an application to reapportion the family residence.
