I now turn to the applicant’s allegation that the individual respondent subjected her to a reprisal for rejecting his sexual advances and solicitations by not paying her. The applicant must establish an intention on the part of the individual respondent to retaliate against her for rejecting his sexual advances and solicitations. See Noble v. York University, 2010 HRTO 878 at para. 33.
