The respondent says in effect that she was taken advantage of by her husband so soon after separation given her mental and emotional state. On the other hand, something had to be done, and quickly, given she had no income and remained in the marital home. And, the agreement, such as it was, was reduced to writing for all to see, was conditioned by reason of her lack of independent financial advice and there is no evidence that the petitioner materially failed to disclose or was not prepared to disclose his income or other “means”: ... The focus of concern about conduct must be on conduct broadly relevant to the support obligation, for example concealing assets or failing to make appropriate disclosure... (Kerr v.
