21. The relevance of evidence had been considered in Bartmann et al v. University of Prince Edward Island, supra, at paragraph [40] as follows: This issue before the Panel . . . is whether the information sought by the University bears any relevance to a fact or issue to be determined by the Panel. Evidence is relevant if it pertains to a fact or issue to be determined during the course of the proceeding, and if it serves the purpose of moving the proceeding forward. The evidence must assist in some way the process of proving or disproving a certain fact or situation.
