As in the decisions of Parker v. Parker, 2001 BCSC 1031 and B.A.C. v. D.L.C., 2003 BCSC 860, it is my view that the private school tuition is not reasonable having regard to the means and expenses of the parties at the time of the separation and at the present time. I decline to order the tuition a special or extraordinary expense within s. 7 to be shared by the parties in addition to the guideline amount. (c) Spousal Support
