In contrast to the decision in Friedlander v. Claman, 2014 BCSC 2587, where the court felt based on the evidence it had heard that the school provided the one place where the child did not have to think about the conflicts between her parents and how she would negotiate between them, I believe that continued enrolment at the private school will lead to further strife between the parents and confusion, if not conflict, for the child as the school continues in its formational task with a view to leading the child to becoming a dedicated disciple of God.
