[19] Each has a pension and it is agreed that these be split equally per Clarke v. Clarke, [1990] 2 S.C.R. 788; 113 N.S.R. 321; 1990 CanLII 86 (SCC), 101 N.S.R. (2d) 1; 275 A.P.R. 1. The wife is entitled to 50% of the gross pension of the husband. She is entitled to these payments since the pension payments began to be paid to the petitioner. The [petitioner] is entitled to 50% of the [respondent’s] pension as of the date of separation.
