In Law Society of BC v. Dent, 2016 LSBC 5 (CanLII), 2016 LSBC 05 at para. 16, the panel stated: … It is not necessary for a hearing panel to go over each and every Ogilvie factor. Instead, all that is necessary for the hearing panel to do is to go over those factors that it considers relevant to or determinative of the final outcome of the disciplinary action (primary factors). This approach flows from Lessing, which talks about different factors having different weight.
