15. In Kervin v. The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 3011, 2017 BCCRT 146, the tribunal addressed the situation where the applicant owner sold her strata lot before tribunal decision process was complete. At paragraph 24, the tribunal set out the factors to consider in whether to continue a proceeding or hear a claim or dispute from a former owner, which I find useful in determining whether I should proceed to hear this dispute involving the respondents as former owners. Paragraph 24 lays out these factors:
