A similar objection to the qualifications of a chiropractor to offer expert opinion on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident was made, and overruled, in Sloane v. Hill (Victoria Registry 07-1401, September 29, 2008). Much of the reasoning of Justice Grist in that case squarely applied to the circumstances before me, at least insofar as the objection to expert qualifications was concerned, and I overruled that particular objection on the same basis.
