Similarly, in this case I find that the particulars alleged in the Statement of Facts and Evidence may inform or qualify by details the general allegation of "collaboration with German authorities" set out in the Notice of Revocation. I note that in another case, in directing the case to be met by the person concerned, I construed the Notice of Revocation as modified by the particulars alleged in the Minister's Statement of Facts and Evidence, a process similar to that adopted by Noël J. in Dueck.
