Sterzer gave the above-recited values in evidence but did not approve their use in determining the long range value of this land. That is beside the point for in Hasper v. Shauer 1922 CanLII 141 (SK CA), [1922] 2 WWR 212, 15 Sask LR 410, Lamont, J.A., says at pp. 216-17: “The test is: Was the farm as he received it of less value as a result of not being as represented than the contract price.”
