Abramovic, 2010 BCCA 212 at para. 33, Mr. Justice Groberman, for the court, said: “[t]he words ‘immediate hazard’ appear in both ss. 174 - 175 of the Motor Vehicle Act and are used to determine when the vehicle may lawfully enter an intersection”.
