When I apply the principles to which I have referred to the circumstances of this case, I conclude that the identification evidence, viewed in its totality and appraised “holistically” is sufficient to establish a prima facie case that the respondents were the persons who engaged in the alleged conduct: see United States v. Graham, 2007 BCCA 345, leave to appeal dismissed at [2007] 3 S.C.R. xi (note).
