As explained subsequently in Hellberg v. Netherclift, 2018 BCCA 404 at paras. 65–67, the earlier Hellberg appeal decision does not stand for the proposition that a parent wishing to relocate must show that current living arrangements are having an adverse impact on a child. This is also clear from the analysis in Duggan set out above.
