14 The final ground of appeal argued, which relates to the first two in a sense, is that the verdicts themselves are unreasonable and cannot be supported by the evidence. The appellant asks that we apply the test in Yebes v. The Queen, 1987 CanLII 17 (SCC), [1987] 2 S.C.R. 168, and to some extent reweigh the evidence.
