In assessing the evidence of the accused my focus is on the offence charged and I attribute no weight to other evidence tending to show bad character except as it may specifically relate to motive in relation to the offence charged. Specifically, I attribute no weight to evidence of conduct by the accused likely to constitute the commission of other criminal offences, or his apparent willingness to commit crimes in the future as included in the Mr. Big evidence: R v. S.G.G., 1997 CanLII 311 (SCC), [1997] 2 S.C.R. 716 at paras. 63-66.
