Counsel agreed that the authenticity of the documents filed is not in dispute but that, unless otherwise proved, the documents do not constitute proof of the facts contained therein. No notices were served under the Evidence Act, not was any argument advanced on the basis of Aires v. Venner. They agree, however, that the fact of the document’s existence, taken with other facts, may lead to inferences that might be drawn in a proper case.
