In this respect, an analysts decision concerning the sufficiency of the evidence submitted by an applicant to confirm the citizenship of a person is reasonableness (Worthington v. Canada, 2008 FC 409, [2009] 1 F.C.R. 311 at paragraph 63). The reference to the standard of correctness in the published French version of this decision, which was rendered in English by my colleague Justice OKeefe, was a translation error that has since been corrected.
