Is a payor required to disclose his continuing financial situation to the recipient parent?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from PREVOST v. PREVOST, 2017 ONSC 5825 (CanLII):

This obligation to disclose and negotiate with the recipient parent is ongoing, so that the recipient can assess and react to changes in the payor's financial situation. A payor's failure to comply with his continuing notice and financial disclosure obligations most likely will impact the remedy which the court crafts: Gray v. Rizzi, supra, at para. 63.
