Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Society of Upper Canada v. Boldt, 2007 CanLII 41426 (ON SC):

In Sussex Group v. Fangeat, [2003] O.J. No. 3348, Cumming J. imposed a penalty of six months for a deliberate breach of court orders to return assets which were the subject of a civil suit and to refrain from interfering with certain business relations. The court commented on the serious prejudice suffered by the commercial enterprise as a result of this disobedience of the court order.
