It is not in the interests of justice to require a natural individual to sell or encumber those assets which could be described as necessary for life in order to post security for a corporation unless it is clear that the corporate plaintiff lacks a meritorious case. See Das v. Coles (1989), 71 O.R. (2d) 87 at paragraph 21 where Granger J. expressed a similar view.
