The following excerpt is from Odorico v. Odorico, 2021 ONSC 7290 (CanLII):

In Butty v. Butty, 2009 ONCA 852, the court held that adequate disclosure of assets was necessary to meet the requirements to uphold a domestic agreement, but not necessarily the value of an asset that the party challenging the validity of the agreement knew or ought to have known.
