The remaining issue pertaining to property is travel-related benefits including air miles. The claimant seeks an in specie equal division of those benefits to the time of the triggering event. If those benefits are not divisible, then she submits a trust order as was made by Davies J. in Russell v. Russell, 2002 BCSC 1233, would be appropriate.
