What is the test for a charge of aiding another to commit attempted murder?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from R. v. Stojanovski, 2022 ONCA 172 (CanLII):

For these reasons, I find the charge, viewed as a whole: i. Correctly outlined the legal requirements for the charge of attempted murder and aiding another to commit attempted murder; ii. Adequately linked the essential elements of aiding to the essential elements of the offences at issue; iii. Distinguished between liability as a perpetrator and as an aider; iv. Provided a sufficient understanding of the evidence that related to those issues; and v. Reminded the jury to consider the case against each appellant separately.
