Does a chambers judge's decision that all matters proceed at one time, rather than two, be considered to be separate?

Prince Edward Island, Canada

The following excerpt is from M.C. v. R.P., 2009 PECA 15 (CanLII):

In Miles v. Miles, supra, the chambers judge’s decision was upheld. He decided that it was preferable if all matters proceeded at one time, and concluded that the husband had not demonstrated an urgent need for severance, nor presented any compelling evidence suggesting that it would be advantageous.
