It is submitted, on the other hand, by counsel for the respondent, that once the notice of assignment has been served on the solicitors for the executors of the estate the assignment and its title to the moneys is perfected so that the transaction is complete prior to the intervention of the trustee. He relies on the case Hunt v. Fripp (1898), 1 Ch. 675.
