For these reasons the appeal should be allowed and the action of the plaintiffs dismissed. In this view, it is unnecessary to deal with the question of damages, nor with the question of negligence or responsibility on the part of the parents, a matter which is the subject of an interesting and useful discussion in McCallion v.
