Anderson, J., accepted the argument of the plaintiff, and made the order for the medical examination of the plaintiff subject to the condition that a copy of the medical report be made available to the plaintiff. The circumstances are sufficiently different that I do not regard the case of Taylor v. The Queen as persuasive authority in the present matter.
