In Talbot v. Poole (1892) 15 P.R. 99 (C.A.) it was held that: “ * * * the jurisdiction [of an inferior Court] is not ousted unless the pleadings are such as necessarily bring the title [to land] in issue, or unless it is actually brought in at the trial.”
