Significant unfairness has been defined by the courts as oppressive conduct and unfairly prejudicial conduct or conduct that is burdensome, harsh, wrongful, lacking in probity or fair dealing or has been done in bad faith: Chow v. The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 1277, 2006 BCSC 335 at paras. 96 to 99 and Reid v. Strata Plan LMS 2503, 2003 BCCA 126.
