Bakken as follows: a) Will the order create savings in pre-trial procedures? b) Will there be a reduction in trial time? c) Is there the potential for a party to be seriously inconvenienced by having to attend the whole trial? d) Will there be real savings in expert times and witness fees? e) Is one of the actions at a more advanced stage than another? f) Will the order result a delay of the trial of one of the actions?
