It is clear from Hill v. Hamilton Wentworth it is that relationship and the function which it embraces which is close and direct and engages the indicia of proximity. While that does not necessarily preclude other relationships of proximity from developing, those other relationships must be subject to the need to protect the primary relationship and function.
