The nullification, revocation, or invalidation of the … registration certificates came into effect on May 1, 2020 by operation of law: that effect was not dependant upon the Registrar of Firearms deciding at some point thereafter to revoke. There was nothing to ‘revoke’; the registration certificates had no legal validity effective May 1, 2020.”
