Seliverstova, (2015), Myers J. granted an ex-wife’s application to have the court set aside transactions between her ex-husband and his new wife (and their related companies and relatives) for fraudulent purposes.[8] The court reviewed the new wife’s evidence, and determined it was a “pack of lies” because the new wife’s explanations for certain financial transactions “lacked common sense.”[9]
