The first similarity one observes in comparing those words with the words presently before the court is the sarcastic nature of the debtor’s response. It would appear from Phillips v. Rogers, that the sarcastic nature of the debtor’s reply will not rebut an acknowledgment if the substance of the reply generally points to an admission of the existence of the debt.
