[69] In Parsons v. Parsons, Campbell J. granted grandparent access when he found that the applicants had a “close and positive relationship” with the child. The grandparents were often caregivers of the child when her parents were together. That role continued, even after they separated. Campbell J. stated that the relationship “... has always been a very positive one, one that [the child] has learned to enjoy and anticipate.”[22]
