Under rule 37.14 the court has the discretion to set aside or vary the registrar’s order (the administrative dismissal) on such terms as are just or to dismiss the motion to set aside the order: Wellwood v. Ontario (Provincial Police), 2010 ONCA 386 (CanLII), [2010] O.J. No. 2225 at para. 19 (C.A.).
