An order seeking the removal of counsel is discretionary. A discretionary decision of a motion judge will be reversible where that judge misdirected themselves, came to a decision that is so clearly wrong that it amounts to an injustice, or gave no or insufficient weight to relevant considerations: see Ontario v.
