In Morgan v. Morgan, (1977) All E.R. 515 was a divorce case in which the husband wanted the court to have evidence before it of the wife’s father’s assets and testamentary dispositions when it was considering what financial resources the wife was likely to have in the foreseeable future, as it was likely most or all of the father’s estate would pass to the wife.
