The respondent has referred the court to the decision of McDermott v. McDermott, 2014 BCSC 1740, in which the respondent sought a fine where the claimant had failed to disclose financial information and had provided inaccurate and misleading information under s. 213 and its predecessor section under the Family Relations Act. Walker J. stated, at para. 97:
